Aiden Schmitt, a patient who has lived at Children's Colorado since birth, charms Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nurse Sarah Linton (pictured) in his nursery-like room. Staff in the NICU help families make their babies' rooms feel like home by providing blankets, toys and name cards, and encouraging families to decorate their rooms. This is one of the many reasons that in 2013, Parents magazine named Children's Colorado the No. 1 family-friendly children's hospital in the country.
